Step by step, the leather changing straps and the wooden sole act according to the lever principle and train the foot and calf muscles. The 5-phase footbed incorporated into the wooden sole supports the natural rolling movement of the foot, at the end of which the toe grip function stands up, which in turn activates muscle contraction in the foot and calf.
